Robert (Bob) Wernecke found his passion for helping people with benefits and insurance choices back in 1968 and has since helped hundreds of people understand and make the best choices for themselves, their families and businesses.

Making sure others are well-taken care of was instilled in Mrs. Martin by her parents, so it was natural for her to join her father at ECA Financial Services, specializing in the design and management of group and individual benefit plans.
